Consultation

Concept
Following an initial free 15 minute phone chat I'll arrange a time to meet with you to discuss your project and understand your vision, goals, budget, and timeline. It also gives me a chance to look at the site and assess any existing conditions, such as the size, shape, slope, soil, aspect, drainage, and other features of your garden.
On approval of the quotation I'll then come back to measure
up and do a basic survey. I'll then create a preliminary design for your garden based on our consultation and site visit. I’ll produce a hand drawn scaled plan of your garden layout, showing the different areas and features that I propose along with a mood board. Another meeting is arranged to discuss.
Planting Plan

Build
This is a separate plan that will be drawn up showing
what plants to be used and where they should be planted. This plan considers things like what plants thrive best in your area's weather and soil, and how they'll look together. By showing exactly where each plant should go, I set up our garden for success and make sure it looks great in the long run.
I also provide project monitoring for an additional fee, overseeing the execution of your garden design to ensure it aligns with the plan. I can source reliable contractors,, and monitor suppliers to ensure high standards. Regular site visits and inspections are conducted for progress and quality, and you'll receive frequent updates and reports.

Bespoke Plan
This is the third stage where I refine and finalise
your garden design based on your feedback and approval. I make any necessary changes or adjustments to the concept and provide you with a detailed plan and specification for your garden. I also help you source the materials, plants, and contractors that you need for your project.

Planting Stage
This is probably the most exciting part of the process
as this is when your garden really comes to life with the plants that we’ve chosen specifically for your garden. I source all my plants from highly reputable and trusted nurseries and can implement this stage as soon as the build is finished in most cases.
